A vehicle is collected on Monday, delivered on Wednesday, and on Friday the customer says the scratch was not there before. The driver’s paper form says “no damage” in biro, the photos are on someone’s phone, and the office is trying to prove a negative.
No paperwork, no chasing, no arguments about damage is the whole point.

Evidence That Stands
Once a driver submits photos, video or a condition report, nobody can edit or delete them through the app while the job exists, admins included. Documents such as a dock pass attach to any job.
One PDF Per Job
Vehicle and job details, every photo, both condition reports and all signatures, with your logo. Download it and send it to your customer.
Works Without Signal
